For us at IZI Gas Pump GmbH, the multiphase pump is not an isolated product but an integral part of a holistic production strategy. Our approach begins with the analysis of real reservoir, well, and production data. The objective is to optimally integrate the pumping system into the overall production chain and establish stable operating conditions to ensure long-term, optimal well productivity while avoiding adverse effects such as drawdown, gas coning, or water coning.
Particular attention is given to critical rotating components such as the screw spindle and shaft, whose design is essential for operational reliability and service life.
